• 50ml Orange Sugar Syrup
  • 100ml Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
  • 100ml Iced Tea
  • 25ml Barti Spiced

Delicate, long, and too easy to drink, this tall orange and iced tea number is something a bit different and an absolute treat. Watch how to make it here. Reluctant to put a recipe within a recipe, we’re going to do it anyway. First you need to make your orange sugar syrup. Do this by bringing equal parts sugar and hot water together in a pan with some slices of orange, or it works with simply orange peel. Use orange slices if you’d like candied orange to decorate your finished cocktail later. Simmer for at least 30 minutes, stirring fairly regularly. The sugar will dissolve pretty quick but it’s important to keep it on the heat for a while to release the orange flavours. Once it’s cooled you can store in in a bottle in the fridge. For the iced tea you could buy some ready made, or even simpler, brew a weak tea with a regular breakfast tea bag and let it cool.

Combine all the measured ingredients with ice, stir well and there you have it. Beautiful dusk light sunshine in a glass.
