• 340ml Rich Stout (Dog's Window - Old Dog, New Tricks Stout is great!)
  • 118ml Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 236ml Milk
  • 50ml Barti Spiced
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • A few drops of Vanilla Extract
  • Ice

An absolute curveball in an otherwise gently fruity and fragrant line up. The act of combining stout and milk dates back to the 1800s when it was common for workers to have a “milk beer” over lunch time to keep them going strong for the remainder of the day. We’ve taken the recipe and thrown in some rum and complimentary spices to create a curiously bittersweet alcoholic milkshake if you will. I don’t know if we’re quite selling it… but honestly, try it, it’s so good.

This one will ideally want a shake, combine all ingredients with ice, shake and strain into a chilled glass. Get creative with a dusting of cinnamon on top if you’re so inclined. (In contrast to the industrial workers of the 1800’s, we’d probably recommend this one for your day off.)
